Welcome To Pathfinders,


an education, life skills, and violence prevention program for children and teens for all of Muskegon. We pride ourselves in molding boys and girls into young men and women destined to achieve greatness in all they do. We are dedicated to changing lives through tutoring, mentoring, teaching good stewardship, developing strong work ethics, and having respect for others.

We are proud to offer our youth access to a safe and violence-free environment to achieve short and long-range goals. Pathfinders is committed to providing training and information necessitated for adolescence to make important decisions influencing them to engage in positive activities that contribute to enhancing our community. “To accomplish great things, we must not only act but also dream; not only plan but also believe.”

Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide an empowering, engaging, and motivational environment for youth. In addition, we provide youth the elements that will give them the opportunity to become future leaders of the next generation.

Our History

Pathfinders was founded in Muskegon Heights by Temple United Methodist Church. Its purpose was to serve as a ministry for the community. Pathfinders still reside in an office within the church, as a faith-based program.
